A Double diaphragms pneumatic pump was developed mainly to be applied in difficult pumping conditions, making the equipment a viable option with unique versatility. This technology can be applied to a wide range of products or processes in the industrial and mining sectors, particularly in the area of lubrication, circulation of paint, fluids, resins, chemical or material transfer and sock products.

The functioning of the bomba It is divided into two distinct modules: the wet part, made up of the collectors (manifolds) and the pumping chamber, and the central block, responsible for actuating the compressed air. This separation guarantees the total integrity of the pumped liquid in relation to the compressed air.
During the operating cycle, the central block directs compressed air through the valve, pressurizing the chamber B diaphragm and propelling the fluid out through the collectors. At the same time, the opposing diaphragm is pulled by the shaft, allowing fluid to be suctioned into chamber A. This process is continually renewed by alternating pressurization of the diaphragm chambers, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow.
