Bidirectional mechanical jambs
Actreg pneumatic actuators are supplied with bidirectional adjustment batty.
Bidirectional batty allows the total adjustment of ± 5º between 85º and 95º. These stuff are designed to absorb the actuator's maximum nominal torque and the image loads associated with the recommended travel speed.
The adjustment of the rotation limits in the time (closure) and counterclockwise (opening) is performed when disappointing the nuts, turning the respective screws on the right and left, to reduce or increase the angle.
Actuators test
In all actuators manufactured by Actret S.A.. Hydrostatic and electronic tests are performed.
The test is performed to verify if there is leakage on both external chambers, the voltage between the cameras and the rotation angle.
All bodies are marked with the year and month of manufacture, size and serial number.
