The RT series bi-eccentric butterfly valve was developed for high performance, in accordance with API 609 Category B, aiming to fill a gap in the market to meet the demands of the most severe applications.
Monobloc
Headquarters with stainless steel ring
Interchangeability of Soft Headquarters to Metal Headquarters
Diversity of materials
Body
Built in a single part in WAFER, LUG and flanged settings are designed to ensure maximum safety and reliability. It has an extended neck that facilitates access to the rod sealing system through an accommodation for the premium gasket. The top flange allows direct coupling of actuators without the need for supports - eliminating the possibility of freight between these components.
Disco
Astm A-351 GR. CF8M Bi-Excentric Stainless Steel Steel Disc, reducing friction with headquarters and increasing its service life, as well as allowing a small opening angles for low load loss and torque reduction.
Sealing
Fixed to the body by device that does not require the use of counterflanges or any other part outside the valve, to ensure its sealing even when installed end of the line.
Superior axis sealing
Adjustable PTFE gaskets with a squeeze system that dispenses with the removal of the actuator for adjustments.
Lower axis sealing
Lower shaft sealing made through the O'Rings camera located on the stems and bearings.
Fixing the axes on the disc
Fixing the disc on the disc made through conical stainless steel pins ASTM A564 Condition H1075 (17-4ph) with 1:50 connection with bolts and pressure washers at one end to ensure perfect fixation.
Beam
Built in material composed of autolubrifier polymer.
