Body
Flanged Type for Flanges Installation According to ASME, Awwa C207, DIN and NBR standards. Standard iso 5752 face-to-face, which may be S13 flanged or S20 wafer.
Disco
Astm A-351 GR. CF8M Bi-Excentric Stainless Steel Steel Disc, reducing friction with headquarters and increasing its service life, as well as allowing a small opening angles for low load loss and torque reduction.
Sealing
Fixed to the body by device that does not require the use of counterflanges or any other part outside the valve, to ensure its sealing even when installed end of the line.
Superior axis sealing
Special material adjustable gaskets with tightening system.
Fixing the axes on the disc
Fixing the disc on the disc made through conical stainless steel pins ASTM A564 Condition H1075 (17-4ph) with 1:50 connection with bolts and pressure washers at one end to ensure perfect fixation.
Beam
Built in SAE 660 bronze with self -lubricating polymer, sized to support all requests.
Adjustable axial bearing
Built to enable valve disk position to adjust by adjusting without the need to remove the operating valve.
