5/3 pneumatic valve double -way solenoid:
Components:
> 5 Vias:
1 compressed AR input holder.
2 output doors (for actuators).
2 escape doors (to release air).
3 Positions: The valve can switch between three positions.
Double solenoid: Two solenoids control the position of the valve.
- Operation:
1 - Central position:
No solenoid is energized.
The outputs (ports 2 and 4) are connected to the escapes (ports 3 and 5), isolating the entrance door (port 1).
The actuator remains in the current position without movement.
2 - Position 1:
First energized solenoid.
Compressed air of the input (port 1) goes to an output (port 4).
Another output (port 2) connects to the exhaust (port 3).
It moves the actuator in one direction.
3 - Position 2:
According to energized solenoid.
Compressed air of the input (port 1) goes to the other output (port 2).
First output (port 4) connects to the exhaust (port 5).
It moves the actuator in the opposite direction.

Double -action pneumatic cylinder control, allowing intermediate position.
