5/2 pneumatic valve double -way solenoid
Components:
5 Vias:
1 compressed AR input holder (Porta 1).
2 output doors (ports 2 and 4) for actuators.
2 exhaust doors (ports 3 and 5) to release air.
2 positions: The valve can switch between two positions.
Double solenoid: Two solenoids (electromagnetic) control the position of the valve.
Operation:
Position 1 (First energized solenoid):
The first solenoid is energized, creating a magnetic field that moves the inner valve to position 1.
Airflow:
Compressed air enters through port 1.
Port 1 is connected to port 4, directing the compressed air to the actuator.
Port 2 is connected to port 3, allowing actuator air to escape.
Result: The actuator moves in a specific direction (for example, advances).
Position 2 (According to energized solenoid):
The second solenoid is energized, creating a magnetic field that moves the inner valve to position 2.
Airflow:
Compressed air enters through port 1.
Port 1 is connected to port 2, directing the compressed air to the actuator.
Port 4 is connected to port 5, allowing actuator air to escape.
Result: The actuator moves in the opposite direction (for example, retreats).
Applications:
Double -action pneumatic cylinder control.
Used in industrial automation systems for accurate movements of actuators.
Advantages:
Precision: Precise control of the actuator movement.
Speed: Rapid response due to the action of solenoids.
Reliability: Robust operation in industrial environments.
