Honey processing is a four -step process.
- First, honey is heated in a deposit tank at 48 0 -49 0 Celsius to dissolve the crystals.
- Then the semiprocessed honey goes through the filtration unit, where pollen, strange materials and wax are removed.
- Third, honey is heated rapidly (for 7 seconds) to 73.8 0 Celsius in the sieve tank and brought back to 48.9 0 Celsius to destroy yeast and other bacteria.
- Finally, honey is sent to a tank of decantation at room temperature for cooling, where it is kept for a few days before being sent to the traffic jam.
Pneumatic pump applications in the honey processing plant:
- Semi -processed honey pumping from the collecting tank to the filtration unit
- Pumping of pollen free honey and wax of the sieve tank filtering unit
- Filtered honey pumping from the sieve tank for the decantation tank and then to the bottling unit.
