CHEMICAL COMPATIBILITY TABLE WITH EPOXY

Which products are compatible and offer chemical resistance with epoxy?

Epoxy (polyepoxide) is an epoxy polymer that cures when mixed with a catalyst or “hardener” agent. Epoxy resin has excellent electrical, thermal and chemical resistance. It is common to increase the strength of epoxy with fibrous reinforcement or mineral fillers. The variety of combinations of epoxy resins and reinforcements provides wide latitude in the properties obtained in molded parts.

The table below can be used as an indication of the epoxy's resistance to chemical compounds. Always check chemical resistance with the epoxy manufacturer.
